Not only did she get my house sold for way over my asking price, she found me a beautiful new home, and got it for under the asking price. And this is just the start, Kristyn showed me so many houses and never never did I feel pressured to buy a house just so she could make a sale. ( this was really important to me I did not want to be pressured into buying a place so that the realtor can make there commission )
My favourite part of having Kristyn as my realtor is when we went to look at potential new homes Kristyn took the time to actually look around the homes with us. Imparting he excellent insight into what needs to be done to the home and if it was right for us. Something I can garuntee you won’t get from any other realtor! Kristyn was always there for me when I was stressing out, one phone call and she was there. Her quote (dont stress out that’s my job I got you). And she came to though 100%..
