It All Began With Al.

A.G Robins & Company Ltd., locally known as "Robins Real Estate" began in 1969 in Wainfleet, Ontario founded by prominent local Broker Alan Robins. 

Born and raised in Wainfleet, Al established himself into the "go-to" Realtor in the Niagara, Haldimand and surrounding area, particularly with farm land, residential and waterfront properties.

Not only did this niche market set him apart, but his friendly and warm approach to Niagara Real Estate made him a favourite amongst locals and visitors alike.   

His daughter Kristyn starting apprenticing under her Father, Al, upon graduating from the University of Guelph. Unfortunately, in 2014, after complaining of a dull pain in his abdomen, Al was diagnosed with terminal Pancreatic cancer and given only 3 months to live.  


Al didn't want to talk about his illness, so they talked about real estate. In that time, Al taught Kristyn everything he knew about the local real estate market, and after a very brief and unfair battle, Al passed away with his family by his side.  Since 2015, Kristyn Robins officially took over the family business and brokerage.

For over 55 years we have been a family owned, 'boutique brokerage' giving our clients a more tailored, personal approach during their real estate endeavours.

Kristyn Robins

Hello there! I'm Kristyn Robins and I believe in good, honest business.  

Real Estate was an ever presence in our home. We lived it, talked about it, and worked at it 7 days a week.  We survived the ebbs and flows of the market, a few market crashes, a worldwide pandemic, and now I am proud to continue on our family's business after 55+ years in business. 

I started my sales training after obtaining my honours degree at the University of Guelph, selling diamonds in Toronto and eventually transitioning to property management in the beautiful city of Guelph, Ontario.  There, I was fortunate to learn and work with prominent Real Estate Brokers Chester Carere and his partner Douglas Bridge at Guelph City Realty for many years.  

The time came for me to go back to my roots and I proudly apprenticed under my father, Al Robins for years.  He taught me the finer details of real estate, the meaning of good, honest business and how to truly serve your clients.

Sadly, one day Dad complained he had a dull ache in his abdomen and after a few weeks of symptoms he was diagnosed with terminal Pancreatic cancer.  It took his life in 100 days.

In that time, I spent every moment I could with my Dad learning everything I could. He didn't want to talk about his illness, so we talked about Real Estate.
